ELDERS
The Bible uses uses several terms to refer to a church's spiritual leaders such as pastors, overseers, and most commonly, elders. We believe all of these terms refer to the same group of men who meet the biblical qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.They have been recognized by the church to lead, teach, care, and watch over the spiritual life of the congregation.
Deacons
The deacons are a group of men and women who meet the biblical standards for serving the church in this way (1 Timothy 3:8–13). Their service is focused on the physical, tangible, and administrative needs of the church.
